Films are obviously hand cut and not all uniform, which for their purpose is fine, but they are not any sort of stiff commercial item or anything, if that's what you're looking for. These are thin sheets like transparency projector sheets or something. The color tones are all slightly different and there is quite a range to accommodate different ranges of lighting. I've only used it with my iPhone so far, but got the larger 3" sheets so that I could try it with my DSLR at some point. I've never used any other films/gels before so I can't compare but these seem sufficient. I've also only used them out of water so I'm not sure how they will act if I dip my phone into the water as I usually do to get an extra clear pic (iPhone 7+, no glass distortion) so that'll be my next test. I will say that once you find the amount of correction you need (tint) then it does take a nice photo without the glaring blue light on everything and the corals still glow nicely and much more true to color! The only thing I might like is a stiffer film or some sort of thin border that would keep it flat, but this could hinder the use with an SLR lens possibly. Anyway, I'm looking forward to using these every time I take tank photos from now on!Read full review

huge selection of filters. Actually too many. The orangish filters do a great job of making photos of your corals under actinic light look great. Hold filter against phone and take a shot. Try each of the orangish filters to see which works best for your lights. For the price, this is an easy way to fix the ugly blue photos.
