Remembers your most recently used program, so you can use it again without fiddling with settings. Light weight for travelling. This is a true TENS medical device. It is not a massager. Effective and worth the price
The inTENSity unit is easy to use and effective. I used it for muscle spasms in my lower back and it really decreased my discomfort. The unit has plenty of power and I like that it has a rechargeable battery. At less than $75, it is well worth the price.

Life saver for my back
I use my TENS unit almost daily. Once you figure it out, it is the best. I have another but it takes 9 volt batteries which became quite expensive. The extra cost of this one well made up for the cost. Plus, the charger for this is the same charger as my phone, therefore, I don't have another cord plugged in. The case is nice as you can keep everything together. I ripped the sponge out to give me more room and keep the pads, cords, instructions and unit all together. GREAT PAIN RELIEF ACHIEVED.
This little machine helped me through a knee replacement which was the worst painful surgery I have ever been through. It kept my back from getting stiff from laying down with my leg elevated for hours. I also found it helped my shoulder pain which started because I used my arms to get myself up since it was too painful to put much weight on my replaced knee. This will be perfect no matter what part of the body gets tired or sore.
