This is poorly designed and there are no instructions whatsoever. It was made for a specific type of battery so why was it built with so much adjustment in the contact slide area? The user cannot know which contact points to adjust the slide against. I dont know if I am explaining this right but some instructions would be IMPORTANT! here.

I picked up an old Samsung flip phone at the flea market for $2. The battery was bad. I really didn't want to spend more on the battery than I did on the phone. My goal was achieved. Inserted the battery from sellular_deals, the phone turned on, and could call 611. If you need the maximum talk/standby time, buy a more expensive new one.

I have had mixed results with batteries, these in particular. Take note of how long they last when you first install them if you don't have another way to test them.. For me, they last at least a good week charged. I have received one that would barely last a day. Take note of how long your original battery stayed charged and use that as a benchmark for your phone. Bottom line: buyer beware don't accept or use a used up battery.

What a phenomenal product!!! I wanted to order a replacement battery for my mother's 5 year old cellphone ( she doesn't like any of the new ones - she's 90 and very particular) and found this amazing battery on eBay. Spending $4 on this incredible new battery was quite a life changing experience and I encourage anyone looking for a battery for an older Samsung Haven basic phone to really, truly consider purchasing one. You won't regret the decision, it is perhaps one of the best items on all of eBay - if not the entire internet.
