Just ordered Two weeks ago and I use this strip on the inside of my front bass drum rim. Very good adhesive, extremely bright, and easy to use. The only downside is that you need to be in direct line with the sensor for the remote to work. But very much worth the price. I just ordered two more.

This product seems to be ideal for recessed lighting. The controls for the colours keep switching around [press "G," strip shines blue--press "B," strip shines red, etc.,] but it's tolerable because the lights look so neat.

Worked nicely for a backlight for our TV. One little catch that might bother some. The volume up and down for my Yamaha receiver change colors on the lights. One workaround is to move the IR sensor so you point its remote to a different spot. Still, I would buy again at this price.
